MORE THAN THE EXPERIENCE OF SOME STRESS-FREE-DAYS, OUR PHILOSOPHY IS TO OFFER YOU THE TOOLS FOR BUILDING A STRESS-FREE LIFESTYLE.
“People tend to think that coping is managing to keep your head above water. Resilient people are presumably those who can hold their breath longer when the flood rises, but this is just surviving. Real resilience is knowing there’s no water to keep your head above.“

THE CHALLENGE OF CHANGE PROGRAM FOUNDER
We will introduce the background of an innovative approach for stress management based in decades of neuroscience research in Stress Management, Personality, and Resilience.
The Challenge of Change Resilience Training™ grew out of a programme of internationally-renowned research on stress and resilience. The training has an unusually strong evidence base, and has a proven track record in enhancing both personal and professional skills.
The Challenge of Change assumes that people are asleep most of the time, and the key to developing resilience is first to wake up and control your attention. In fact, there are just four steps you need take to become more resilient:
The training focuses on emotional style, adaptive coping and effective communication, and particular attention is paid to the way in which realistic, practical skills can be implemented for the benefit of individual participants as well as their teams and groups.
The program includes a unique, confidential pre-training questionnaire which profiles personal strengths and liabilities in coping skills. The Challenge of Change Profile™ has been validated against measures including cardiovascular function and immune efficiency- that means it really measures the constructs that are intended to be measure unlike most of the questionnaires that are only validated against psychological theories. Furthermore, the profile provides a focused and detailed action-plan for implementing change.
Mindfulness, in a practical and theoretical approach is also part of the program, but included in a complete and unique framework where you will learn to change your perspective. This program will offer you tools to navigate through challenges and changes in your life, with awareness and resilience. All based in Health Neuroscience and delivered by an experienced researcher and expert in the field.
